NymAI - NymCard ChatBot
I designed the front-end interface for the NymAI chatbot, creating and implementing a cohesive design system. NymAI is an internal chatbot developed for Nymcard to support various departments, including Compliance, Platform, Operations, Projects, and Security. It aims to streamline tasks such as KYB processes for compliance teams, enhancing efficiency and reducing repetitive work. My role focused on designing and implementing the user interface for the front end to ensure an intuitive and unified experience across the platform.
Locating Jira tickets for our team was once a challenge, but now, with the Nymai chatbot, we can quickly access Nymcard ticket information through chat. The compliance team also had a time-consuming task of gathering client information from multiple documents. Now, they can simply upload the documents, and the chatbot extracts and displays the required information efficiently.
Before starting the wire-framing process, I held sessions with our lead data scientist to discuss the desired features and functionality for implementation.
I sketched wireframes to brainstorm and outline the pages along with their functionalities.
